Monticello, NY – The Sullivan County Veterans Service Agency, on behalf of the Sullivan County Veterans Coalition and AmVets, recently accepted a $600+ donation from Noah Ingber, a South Fallsburg resident who encouraged his friends, family and neighbors to donate to veterans in need.

“I enjoy doing it. I take after my dad, Brian, who helped people out when they needed it,” said Ingber.

Veterans Service Officer and AmVets Commander Stephen Walsh confirmed that the funds will go directly to those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, building on the $5,000 these nonprofits have already given to the County’s Emergency Community Assistance Center and local pantries to distribute food to local veterans who have had to quarantine or are otherwise homebound.
