Monticello, NY – Legislature Chairman Robert Doherty announces that Legislature Vice Chair Mike Brooks, County Manager Josh Potosek and Public Health Director Nancy McGraw will once again answer citizens’ questions during a Facebook Live Q&A session Thursday, April 16, at 1 p.m.
“We will also present a pre-recorded video from Chief Medical Officer Dr. Bruce Ellsweig, who is unable to join us live at that time,” Doherty stated. “He will discuss a topic of prime interest to many people: testing.”
Questions can be submitted via either email at firstname.lastname@example.org or private message to www.facebook.com/sullivancountygov by 7 a.m. April 16. They should be related to COVID-19 (2019 Novel Coronavirus) concerns and issues, phrased respectfully and apolitically.
The live Q&A will begin at 1 p.m. April 16 at www.facebook.com/sullivancountygov. The video will also be made available to view afterwards on the Coronavirus info page on the County’s website, www.sullivanny.us.
Legislature Meeting on April 16, As Well
The Sullivan County Legislature will hold an Executive Committee meeting, followed by its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 16. Since the Government Center is closed to the public, the meetings will be broadcast via live-stream, accessible at http://sullivancountyny.iqm2.com/Citizens/Default.aspx.
