Monticello, NY – A new calendar at www.sullivanny.us aims to increase public awareness of and participation in County government events and activities.
“Conceived by our communications team and initiated by our information technology services team, this web-based tool will endeavor to list every public-facing event we schedule,” County Manager Josh Potosek explained. “That includes our mobile DMV locations, our partnership to address addiction with Bridge Back to Life, Legislature meetings, blood drives, and more.”
Located at www.sullivanny.us/calendar, the app is meant to only display public activities mounted by County government and/or held on County government property. The ultimate goal is to list every such event on the calendar so the public has a better understanding and awareness of the wide array of services County government provides.
