  • PDF indexing (resolution index & contracts database)
  • SJS upgrade (jail)
  • UCS memory upgrade installation
  • Accufund implementation in DFS accounting
  • GIS migration/upgrade for Real Property Tax & e911 utilization
  • Virtual workstation migration back to physical in patrol
  • Unidesk/VMware management software upgrades
  • Public internet access at the Adult Care Center and Government Center
  • Internal web server replacement/migration
  • APC battery backup units @ e911 (upgrade), Government Center & MIS (both new)
  • Forklift upgrade of all e911 console & management personnel workstations



Upcoming projects for 2016/2017:

  • Forklift upgrade to all core & edge switches providing 1gb to the desktop
  • Enterprise NAS storage replacement / upgrade to aging soltuion
  • Enterprise content management kickoff (7-10 year project begins with the DA)
  • Secondary redundant network internet & firewall at e911
  • .net replacement for unpaids/installment application in Treasurer’s
  • Adult Care Center wireless access point upgrade
  • Family Services migration from state to county workstations
  • Wasteworks upgrade for DPW
  • Election reporting process evaluation & upgrade
  • Front-end public facing web server upgrade/migration
  • Server 2003 retirements / migrations to Server 2008r2 & Server 2012
  • Implementation of file / active directory access audit solution
  • Smartlinx timekeeping upgrade
  • Thinapp virtual desktops migration to Unidesk (~ half of all desktops)
